King's View
As you approach the King's View, you are greeted by a 7 foot Mayan princess sculpture at the entry. Open the doors to a bronze water fountain and immediately start to unwind and enjoy the privacy and luxury awaiting you. The King's View is Handicap Friendly and features Wireless Internet through out every room in the Penthouse and on the terraces. There is also an Ethernet cable available for hard wired devices needing a direct connection.

Marina & Town View Terrace
The terrace on the marina side of the penthouse has lots of seating. It is a relaxing area to enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset and the boat activity in and out of the marina. The city lights after dark entice one to sit there all night as the view is of the City of Cabo the Downtown area and local mountains.
Kitchen
The handsomely appointed kitchen is furnished with all the appliances needed for casual family dining or entertaining 24 guests and we can easily arrange for a private Chef with servers. The refrigerator/freezer has an ice maker and cold water dispenser. There is a built-in wine cooler to keep your beverages chilled. The penthouse has its own water purification system installed throughout, so all water from any spigot or faucet is safe and drinkable.
Great Room
With 12 foot Vaulted Ceilings, the living room/dining room boasts an 84 inch rose marble table that seats twelve. The facing dining room walls feature silver Mexican wrought mirrors flanked by bronze light sconces and large floating buffets. There are two modular custom dividers to screen the kitchen from the dining area for more formal gatherings. The living room area has two large seating areas designated by 2 large sea grass rugs - with sectional sofa and chaise in one area and 4 large Barkley lounge chairs in the other; both offering an unencumbered view of the ocean and "the Arch". The 70 inch flat screen HD Television and Yamaha Sound Projector provide Surround Sound and a home theatre for watching movies or sporting events. A private Satellite feed provides over 300 channels to choose from. The Central music System can be played throughout the Penthouse with individual Music Keys pads on the Terrace, Kitchen and in both Master Suites.
Ocean View Terrace
As you open the glass pocket doors that fold into the wall you have now joined the Great Room with the outside Ocean View Terrace, and there is a feeling of the vastness of the view. It is unparalleled. The ocean, the beach, the Arch, the sky and sun are all there to enjoy. There is dining arrangement for 8 or more and a seating and lounging area as well. The built-in outdoor wet bar, ice maker and BBQ area will entice you to 'eat in' every night. This Terrace also features an outdoor TV so you can watch the big game or your favorite show while also enjoying the outdoors. Bonus features include a Misting System to cool you down on hot days or evenings and infra-red heaters to keep you warm for those cooler evenings in Cabo.
