Services

Our team is on site at the Hacienda residences to ensure that you feel at home and have everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We offer assistance with ground transportation arrangements from/to the airport, pre-arrival grocery shopping, chef services, in-home massage services and more! We take care of everything so you’re free to relax into the local culture of beautiful Cabo San Lucas.

Welcome Packages

Choose to be greeted by a friendly hostess on arrival with delicious shrimp and fish ceviche, vegetable platter and cheese and crackers. Delicious margaritas and cold beers available upon request.

The price is $35 per person (taxes included). Children under 12 are $18 and will be provided with a bottled water, juice, and soft drinks instead of alcohol (gratuities not included). This service is available with cash payment only.

We can customize our welcome packages to suit your needs, substituting or adding any item or beverage at your request.

Transportation

A specialist driver will be waiting for all guests at the airport arrivals gate (driver will be holding a sign with guests last name)
Maximum luggage allowed is three big pieces per person (in case of more room required please notify our reservation department)
Smoking is strictly prohibited
Pets are not allowed
A maximum of 20 minutes wait time will be allowed at the resort for departures
Any additional transportation service will be charged at $45.00 per hour

Additional charge for cold beers, water or champagne:

* Bottle of champagne $50.00 USD
* Bottle of white champagne $100.00 USD
- All prices are in US dollars and include tax.

Rates for private transportation from the Airport to Hacienda Beach Club & Residences:

1 to 6 People - $90.00 USD Total
6 - 9 People - $125.00 USD Total
10 - 12 People - $180.00 USD Total

This fee must be paid in cash (includes tax) at arrival time to the driver who will be holding a sign with your name.
Rates are the same for return transportation.

Also for an extra $10.00 USD, the driver he will stop at Costco (your local Costco card works in Mexico) or Wal-Mart

You will have up to 20 minutes for shopping. If you are over 20 minutes in the store, the driver will charge you an extra $1.00 USD for every minute that you shop.

Private Chefs

Just let us know if you would like to have a private chef prepare your group a delicious dinner in the comfort of your Penthouse, and we will make the arrangements for you.

Shopping Service

If you would like to use our Shopping Service to have your kitchen pre-stocked upon arrival with food and beverages, please email reservations@haciendapremierproperties.com

with your shopping list and any necessary details or requests. Service fee is $85 or 20% of the cost of the food and beverages and this total cost must be paid in US dollars in cash when you arrive at Hacienda Beach Club & Residences.

Massage

One of the nicest features of our private concierge service is that we can arrange for in-home Swedish, deep tissue, and sport massage therapists for individual and/or couples massage in the privacy of your Residence.
