Marina & Town View Terrace
The terrace on the marina side of the Queens View is a relaxing area to enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset and the boat activity in and out of the marina. The city lights after dark entice one to sit there all night as the view is of the City of Cabo the Downtown area and local mountains.
Kitchen
The handsomely appointed kitchen is furnished with all the appliances needed for casual family dining or entertaining 24 guests and we can easily arrange for a private Chef with servers. The refrigerator/freezer has an ice maker and cold water dispenser. There is a built-in wine cooler to keep your beverages chilled. The penthouse has its own water purification system installed throughout, so all water from any spigot or faucet is safe and drinkable.
Great Room
The great room features a 26 foot semi circle red leather sofa imported from Italy as well as a big screen TV and surround sounds system with blue tooth and all the latest technology.
The great room has been meticulously decorated with many features including indirect lighting. You can also bring the fresh open air into the residences as there is glass pocket doors between the Great Room and the Ocean View Terrace that can be opened to create one huge living space that’s wide open to the outside.
Ocean View Terrace
This is by far the best feature of the Queens View as you can easily have 10 guests for dinner on this huge outside terrace while watching the non stop view of all the boats, yachts and water activities in Cabo, This huge outside terrace also features ceilings fans, a Beautiful BBQ, outside speakers and many more features so that you will have a great vacation and enjoy one of the finest views in Cabo.
North Master Suite
This is one of two master suites in the Queens View which features a king size bed and a beautiful, stunning, unobstructed ocean view from your private terrace. The bathroom also features a beautiful jacuzzi tub with his and her vanities.
South Master Suite
